What job does Rocky and Amit do? I'm the owner of Focus Group Recruitment. Rocky is a Junior Consultant aka (Barking consultant)
What was their first day in the office like? Busy – learning, playing and meeting all the new staff.
How often does Rocky go to the office? Rocky is here 9 to 5 just like everyone else.
What is Rocky's favourite thing to do in the office? Rocky likes to sleep when he is not on the phone at his desk. Unlike other staff he has a bed in the office.
Does Rocky like sharing his office space? .Yes – Rocky often goes and shares other peoples desk lol.
Other than you (of course) who is Rocky's favourite colleague? He loves his Office Manager Ronan.
How has having Rocky at work improved the working environment? Having Rocky in the office has created a less stressful environment and also brings better morale to the office. Rocky has definitely been a great addition for employee wellbeing.
Does Rocky ever get up to mischief/any embarrassing office stories? We had a maintenance guy in the office today fixing the door and Rocky kept going up and stealing his screwdriver. If not properly supervised he is partial to attacking the plant too.
