meet daisy & jeff.
breed: Springer Spaniel (Daisy) and Terrier (Jeff).
age: 6 and 1.

favourite treat: Cheese and cucumber.
favourite cuddles: When they can sneak into bed with me and my partner for 5 mins when the alarm goes off. They are both fond of sneaking under the covers for a toasty cuddle.
favourite game: TENNIS balls. Daisy is obsessed and Jeff just likes to chase Daisy.
what gets their tail wagging most? Tennis balls.
what job do daisy, jeff and holly do? We work in recruitment, working with law firms to recruit residential conveyancing staff.
what was their first day in the office like? Unproductive – they are “home office” dogs – when we went into the first lockdown, they didn’t understand I had to work so would keep bothering me for cuddles or to play. Now they are “settled in” to home office life and pretty much just sleep all the time!
how often do daisy & jeff go to the office? Currently working from home full time. Daisy comes to the “office” (spare room) every day, she rarely leaves my side.
what are daisy & jeff's favourite things to do in the office? Sleep!!! They get a walk every morning and lunchtime, so my work time is their nap time!
do daisy & jeff like sharing their office space? They are very comfortable in the office, with various beds and a sofa to relax on, it is doggy heaven. They don’t need to share it, it is just me and my side kicks, although there is sometimes fights between them for the best seat in the house – the sofa right behind me.
other than you (of course) who is daisy & jeff's favourite colleague? WFH so no other colleagues but they have been on a couple of team zoom calls and met my colleagues dogs.
how has having daisy & jeff at work improved the working environment? Massively!! My job is quite stressful and high pressured. Having my pups around for a cuddle when things don’t go to plan makes a massive difference. They also make sure I take a break – lunch time walkies are my favourite.
do daisy & jeff ever get up to mischief/any embarrassing office stories? They are both very protective of the “office” and have been known to bark whilst I am on calls, but everyone is very understanding and it’s a great conversation starter. I am yet to speak with anyone who isn’t a ‘dog person’ and doesn’t want to have a chat about my pups.
paws in home bonus question! how are daisy & jeff coping with the UK on lockdown? They are LOVING IT!! What could be better than being at home with their human all day every day, lots of walkies and cuddles.
